“El hotel está cerrado”
The hotel is closed—there’s no hotel at all. A guy who works nearby said it’s been shut for several months, so I need a refund.
I was really impressed with the design and spaciousness of the room, as well as the regular cleaning and 24/7 availability of the staff. The WiFi was also excellent and worked perfectly. I also appreciated the balanced temperature control of the air conditioning. However, there were a few issues - the bathroom sink was prone to clogging, the bed had uncomfortable springs, and the reception phone was missing from the room, requiring us to go downstairs every time.
The standout feature of this place was the staff - they were incredibly nice and made my stay special. The cleanliness of the place was also top-notch, and it was great value for money. I was expecting a basic experience, but it was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Nothing really stood out as a negative - it was just a solid, no-frills stay.
