“Great accommodation”

The service was great and the team fantastic, but there were a lot of stairs, which my wife found difficult to manage.

The proximity to Freeman Hospital was perfect, and for the price it offered good value for money; a continental breakfast was included, exactly what we needed before heading to the hospital. The Freshers week caused a lot of noise, especially since we were on the first floor under the music; it wasn’t a huge issue because we rarely slept before midnight and the noise faded by then. Letting the young people enjoy themselves was fine.

“It did the job !”

The location was convenient for my daughter’s graduation, but I felt the place wasn’t very clean, parking was problematic, and the bar was quite noisy.

The room was larger than I had expected, the reception staff were exceptional and everyone was friendly, creating a great atmosphere; many university students visit this establishment, which makes for an enjoyable stay. There was nothing else to note.

“Good Value and a vibrant place”

The pub and hotel itself was all good. Certainly was a well used place and offered what I needed Not a place my wife would stay at but as I was on my own it met the needs I had
