The staff were very friendly and helpful even though there was a language barrier. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable, and having its own laundromat was very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby to choose from.

The staff at check‑in were helpful. However, when I filled the bathtub, black grime floated to the surface, which was unpleasant. At check‑out they apologized, but they didn’t listen very closely, so I felt uneasy about whether they would actually improve the situation.

A very good business hotel with all the amenities I needed, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. The standout feature was definitely the location—step outside and you are surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores and plenty of places to explore, all within easy walking distance. A comfortable and very convenient stay, especially if you want to enjoy Yokohama without needing to travel far from the hotel
