“Quiet perfect location”

We stayed in cabin 52, right by the beach and cliff walk, and there were no other cabins on our right side, so it was very quiet. The cabin could use a bit of work, mainly new flooring, but otherwise it was fine.

We had a cabin right on the beach which was one of 5 (?) and modern and clean. Not sure if they all are like that. Great to interact with wildlife, esp. kangaroos with joeys this time of the year. Would like to come back with the kids. We had a very rude lady at the reception when we checked in at just after 4 pm. This spoilt it already for us after a long drive. No need for that, what will she be like once they get busy ? Also, we had to carry or drag our luggage to the cabin who h yuh should be made aware of when you book ( LATEST on check- in). But nothing. The restaurant closed for meals at 07:30 pm and the bar at 8:00 pm. Very early. One staff member very polite, the other one couldn’t be bothered. Meals were good. So out of three contacts with staff, 2 were quite disappointing. I am a member if NRMA since more that 30 years and was taken aback a bit.lots of blue bottles washed up shd only notification on our mob. phones. We are familiar with them, but if overseas tourists don’t see warnings on their phones, esp. involving children, not good!

The facilities were great and perfect for catching up with multiple families. We had ocean view cabins and they were fantastic.
