The hotel's in a great location, though, and the staff were friendly enough when I checked in late.
The suites are huge and spacious, super quiet and clean, and the beds are so comfy.
The room was spotless and had a fully equipped kitchenette, which was a big plus.
We stayed in a real two-bedroom apartment with a comfortable living room and kitchen, perfect for a family vacation.

“Buena ubicación”
The location was great, but breakfast was not very varied.
“Boa, mas você for alérgico não fique neste hotel!”
The beds were very comfortable and the accommodation spacious (we booked the two‑room option). Breakfast was good and parking was available (extra fee required). The front desk always offers coffee and tea for guests. The rooms should be renovated (dirty, old carpet; worn, dirty sofas). The air conditioning needs cleaning and there’s a bad mold smell in the rooms, so if you’re allergic to hay fever, avoid this hotel. Breakfast could be better. The small pool with cold water is in the parking lot; a visual barrier with plants would improve the area.

I’m still wondering how my stay went; it was one of the worst experiences. The room was paid for before arrival, and I paid a deposit on arrival. My card was charged an extra $400 plus dollars. At checkout, the card was charged again for the total stay. I had to shut down the card and report fraud.
