We had to request a room change because a huge, dull noise came from the air‑conditioning motor. The door handle was detached and the shower head was broken. The seller’s site claimed a view of the river, a terrace, but none of that was true.

“Troquei de hotel após a segunda noite.”

The old air conditioning was very noisy, and the bar on the terrace was a mess at night and in the early morning. That type of bar—or whatever it is—should not be in a hotel.

Le bar 🍸 sur le toit. Le personnel est très.à l'ecoute. Enfin à proximity des commerce. Equipements desuets. Le lavabo fuit, impossible de reglé la temperature del'eau dans la douches , car non accessible

I liked the location, the hotel is well situated. We had arranged to take a navette to the airport, but at the scheduled time the staff called an Uber at the last minute. According to him, the navette driver was already there (he didn’t explain why). Another unpleasant thing was the noise: doors slamming and children shouting below, so we didn’t sleep at all. It’s a shame because the hotel is so well located.
