The breakfast was far below our standards. I’m puzzled by all the reviews praising a “good breakfast.” The selection was extremely limited, and we were told it started at 9:30; on our first morning it arrived right at that time, most options were already gone, and there was no refill. The location was terrible, right next to a noisy highway, and reaching the city center was extremely inconvenient. The staff were not friendly at all.

The setting by the river is lovely, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is fresh. It’s a short 10‑minute walk to old Dilijan. The main road out of town is heavily trafficked, so although you can’t hear it from the rooms, getting to the accommodation from town requires crossing a bend on the road if you stick to the footpath. It isn’t a reason to avoid staying here; once inside the property it feels like a little oasis.
