The location was actually across the Colosseo, with buses, restaurants and shops nearby. There was a kitchen so I could make my own breakfast, an elevator, working AC, great water pressure, a smart TV, plenty of towels, and staff were present daily. The downside was that there was a washer but no dryer, so I had to hang my clothes around the apartment, though it wasn’t terrible. Most of the furniture was in good condition.

The only good thing was the location. The front desk was inflexible, refusing to let us in even 15–20 minutes before the official check‑in time, and one staff member told us not to stand in the hallway while waiting for our room, issuing needless rules like a school teacher. His condescending tone was off-putting. The room was cramped, the bathroom had no shampoo, water bottles weren’t replaced daily, and the room clearly needs renovation.

The hotel sits right across from the Colosseum. The on‑site convenience store doesn’t exist, staff contact hours are limited, and we were never informed that on Saturday night a major parade would close all streets around the property. Consequently, we were charged for a missed dinner reservation because we couldn’t get a taxi to get there.
