The dining staff were very kind, friendly, and attentive, making the service very pleasant along with the excellent food—many thanks to the staff, Reinaldo. I see the heating in the room as an area for improvement; it was a bit high even after I lowered the thermostat.

The breakfast was the only acceptable thing, it was pretty tasty. The website says there’s a parking lot, it exists, but it’s not operational for a long time according to the person who helped me. The noise from the vehicles that give access to the room is quite annoying, the heating in the room doesn’t work, and when you book at the listed price and then cancel, they add the VAT.

The staff were warm. I bathed in cold water, the sink was clogged, and the shower sprayed water everywhere.

The location was convenient, but the Wi‑Fi kept dropping, the room phone didn’t work, a water puddle from another room seeped onto my floor for almost the entire three‑night stay, and the window didn’t seal properly.
