Everything was great except the mattress felt a bit soft.

I wished for lotion and emulsion as amenities, and the rice cracker soup tasted salty.

The front desk staff were friendly and the kid‑friendly service was excellent. The hotel and rooms were clean, and for the price I felt I stayed in a good spot. The location was convenient; after parking my car I could walk to my destination. Since I stayed only one night, I had no complaints.

Even though the room was supposed to be smoking‑allowed, the front desk called several times when the fire alarm reacted. The staff handled it fine, but I wonder if the fire alarm or ventilation is faulty—definitely needs improvement.
