The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast terrace is lovely and offers a view of the lake. We were granted a late check-out at 3 PM at no extra cost. The hotel is in an excellent location. The general cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved (traces of dust in many places). Installing a partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom would prevent the entire bathroom from getting flooded every time someone takes a shower

The scenery and lake view were beautiful, and the staff were friendly. The rooftop restaurant offered a good breakfast option. However, the hotel sits on a busy highway, so it was noisy until midnight, the food could have been better, and a power outage with no backup made it uncomfortable.

Breakfast was tasty, the space was huge and everything was clean and tidy, but the sunrise tour we booked never showed up with a car—likely an unexpected issue; if you’re in a hurry you can just hail a taxi.
