The welcome was lacking, and there were cockroaches at the reception.
The reception and the professionalism of the staff were good, and they were available for advice on visits and tourist walks.
I couldn't use a terrace for breakfast or have it delivered to my room, and the hot water took a while to reach the bathroom.
The freshness of the breakfast foods was lacking.
I was thrilled by the balcony that offered a sunny view of the sea, and there was nothing else to complain about.
