The room is fine, with just enough for sleeping and showering. The air‑conditioning works well in summer, especially during the 38 °C heat in August. The location is great for public transport, but the area can feel a bit unsafe. The bathroom is quite small, the Wi‑Fi is slow, and there’s a lot of noise. When other guests arrive, you can hear everything. Communication with the owners is average, and they ask you to pay taxes in cash and leave them on the table. Check‑in is done via WhatsApp, which made me a bit uneasy. Overall, for the price it’s okay for a few nights, but I wouldn’t return.

The hotel is right next to Rome Termini station and connected to the metro; the room fits two people well. The bathroom isn’t huge but it has everything you need. They offer a coffee machine but no capsules. Unfortunately we had a mix‑up with the room codes (maybe the same for all rooms?) and one night a staff member accidentally used our code to open our door, even though only we and the hotel should have known it. Other than that, everything was fine.

The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the location is great. The host sent detailed instructions for accessing the room and checked in to make sure I arrived safely. Coffee and tea were available, but there were no cups to use—only wine glasses, champagne flutes, and one water glass—so I had to bring my own mug and clean what was provided. There was no rubbish bin, so I used a bag I had with me. The bathroom is too cramped for all the items it holds; removing the bidet would make it usable and less claustrophobic. I’m not a large person, so the shower was hard to fit into, and anyone with a solid build would struggle. There’s nothing in the shower to hold soap, and the toilet paper keeps falling off the holder whenever I reach for it.

The location is excellent. The apartment had everything needed for a short stay. The administrator provided very good contact and clear information. Most importantly, we could check in and out during the night without any extra charge.
