The rooms were really well maintained, the resort staff was amazing—especially Mr. Khan, who my kids adored because of the love, affection, and care he gave them. I loved every bit of my stay and will definitely visit again.

I did not like anything; the breakfast was tasteless, very, very bad taste, and the same breakfast every day with no options for us to enjoy. Secondly, the bathroom was poorly constructed, had no hand shower, and smelled bad all the time. The elevator was not working for two days, so we had to climb the stairs to the third floor with our toddler.

I enjoyed the food, but the resort felt too small and the pool was tiny, not matching the ITC Hotels Group vibe.
