The place was clean and the staff pleasant, yet after confirming and paying the reservation I was told that on the second night we had to move to another room with no explanation. I emailed the owner right away and she replied that I could cancel the booking but never mentioned that I would lose the €200 deposit.

The pool and the room are good, but the parking isn’t fully reserved. You’re asked to give a rough return time, which doesn’t guarantee a free spot because the slots can be taken by guests of nearby facilities.

The sea view from the room and the proximity to the beach are positives, but we paid for breakfast and dinner and never had to pay for water at dinner, which was not mentioned anywhere. The room listed a thermos but no sachets, the minibar was on but empty, and the staff – the receptionist, cleaning ladies, and restaurant servers – were all very polite and professional. Parking is convenient but paid. The air‑conditioning barely worked. The pool service was lacking; pigeons perched on the edge and made a mess. The beach service was up to expectations – clean and tidy. For the price I’d have liked more.
