I booked for 3 p.m. on 8/31/2026. When I arrived, I was told I had already paid online and they kept my money. Refund 5.

The hotel’s location was great and the room was clean. However, there was not enough space, a broken chair, terrible breakfasts, no selection, and we had to bring them back twice.
