“Es lindo, falta mejorar la atención”

The house is pretty and the location is great. However, there is no air conditioning or fan, and the windows face inward. The bathroom gets soaked all the time. The manager wasn’t there, and the staff who attended us were not helpful.

The owner was easy to contact. The rooms were on the top floor. Even though it was about 22 °C outside, the rooms definitely reached 30 °C. There was no air conditioning and no windows, which was terrible. I told the owner it wasn’t tolerable, but he seemed a bit surprised. I considered leaving but ended up sleeping two days in a greenhouse. Never experienced anything like this before.
