The service is exceptional, the food is delicious, and the place is very pretty and peaceful, very easy to reach even though the road is rough, a place with a lot of history and very welcoming!!

The hacienda is gorgeous, a truly unique place that works well for anyone looking to unwind on the property or who arrives by car. Ceci, who runs the place and also owns it, proved to be an outstanding host and a fantastic tour guide—very friendly and keen to make sure our stay was unforgettable. Her husband is a pleasant conversationalist who loves sharing his stories, and their children are equally kind. My family and I felt completely at home. The Wi‑Fi can be spotty, but that’s typical for Zacatlán, so it isn’t a deal‑breaker; in fact, if you’re there to relax, it’s nice not to be online all the time.

This place is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and with a rich history dating back 200 years. The owners have done a great job of renovating it while keeping the old charm, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My only suggestions would be to improve the internet and add some mirrors to the rooms.

I was completely cancelled on, supposedly due to rain damaging the road, but it hadn't rained in the area for days. It was really frustrating.
