It was cozy and pleasant.
The location, view, and quietness were excellent, and the room was compact but very nice. The pillows were terrible, and everywhere else we stayed in Switzerland was horrible.
Check‑in was smooth, communication was good, and the shared kitchen offered cooking possibilities. There is no heated boot room, and the radiators in the room were used to dry the inner soles.

The view of the mountains was great, and the beds were good. The bathroom was too small to dry off.

The rooms were very beautiful and lovingly decorated. The hotel is old but beautifully renovated, definitely worth a visit. The public bar was very cool and even had live music in the evening.
