“Apartmán se snídaní”

We have stayed at Karmona several times. It’s a good accommodation with breakfast, which is a big advantage. The room is large enough and clean. The walls between rooms are thin, so you can hear everything, but that didn’t bother us. The weather was just fine, so it didn’t matter that there was no air conditioning. Parking is right next to the accommodation and you can leave your car on the parking lot even after check‑out. The proximity to the spa is an advantage.

“Celkem zklamání”

The accommodation is in a great location, close to the spa. Parking is within the premises. The darkness after sunset is quite solid for sleeping. The kitchenette is all positive. We received instructions on how to get to the accommodation, but upon arrival we found the key card outside under the flowers. That’s self‑check‑in, but the card could easily be misused. When we arrived, the apartment was unfortunately not cleaned adequately. The dishes were dirty and unwashed; we had to wash them carefully ourselves. The bed creaked, the pillows were completely flat, and the bedding had a few stains that looked like dried blood. The curtains were dirty and unattractive. I couldn’t understand why there are wooden slats that go on the floor and also on the ceiling – I saw that for the first time. The TV is stupid, only a few channels. The sink is missing a sprayer, so the water doesn’t flow as it should. I don’t know how the lock works from the inside, but it didn’t work at all. Breakfast is a buffet – fairly good, but the selection is small and the coffee is not good at all.

The room is large enough, with a kitchenette. The bathroom has no small cupboard for toiletries, the beds have really damaged wooden slats, the mattresses are dirty, and all kitchen and breakfast equipment is ruined. Breakfast lasts only an hour; the food selection is enough, but when you arrive you have to wait for the cook to come and see that there are no eggs, so he mixes a few and brings them on the pan. There is a shortage of cups for cold drinks and glasses for coffee, a larger supply is needed to keep things moving. I won’t write about the coffee machine because I don’t know how the staff operated it; I think it was the same man who had the same things on his hands the whole time we stayed and it was really ruined. It didn’t look nice at all. The only nice thing was a very kind lady (blond) because we only had to stay overnight and otherwise spent the whole day at the spas, so it could be tolerated.

“Velmi příjemný pobyt”

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and eager to assist. The breakfast spread was generous, offering everything one could wish for from a Central European breakfast. I would have liked a slightly more comfortable bed (single) and better chairs on the balcony.
