This is our second stay here, and the hotel is wonderful, situated in a very good central location. I recommend it.
“A LOCALIZAÇÃO FOI EXCELENTE MAS A TEMPERATURA INVIÁVEL, PRINCIPALMENTE DURANTE O DIA, A SORTE É QUE”
The spot was great, but the room felt scorching and no central adjustment was offered when I asked.
“Заради проблемът с климатика не се спа цяла нощ.”
The location was fine, but the AC was a nightmare—no cooling, just a humming noise, and when I opened the windows, mosquitoes flooded in.
We came for a festival, and everywhere was full. The first room we were given had a broken AC, and we had to sleep in a hot room for two of the four nights. Later, with the help of the staff, we changed rooms.
“felt like we paid far too much for a stay that was far below acceptable, and we would not choose to stay here again.”
The location was decent, yet the stay was incredibly frustrating because the AC never cooled; we were told to wait, but it never did, so we spent most of our time watching technicians come and go instead of relaxing.
