The room was always tidy. No towels and the TV wouldn’t turn on.

The location is strategic. The kopitiam is just around the corner. There weren’t enough towels prepared for every room, and there was no water heater inside the room.

The air conditioner was not cool, and the room lock was missing.

Everything was fine except smoke drifting into the room. Smoke.

The staff were friendly. The facilities were unsatisfactory: the TV couldn’t be turned on directly, and the toilet didn’t have a bidet 🥲
