“Lugar bonito, mas não vale o que cobram.”
The location, food, and decor were positives, but the service was terrible, the kids’ area was infested with brown spiders and lacked cleanliness, and there was no child recreation.

This guest had a mixed experience at the hotel, with some positive aspects but also several issues that detracted from their stay. The hotel's location and amenities were a highlight, but the service and value for money were major letdowns.
