The old building had a very nice bathroom, but the whole place smelled musty. It’s a very old building that needs more updating, and there was no TV or refrigerator in the room.

Good location, self checkin (somewhat convenient), they had sauna on premise (which needs 1h to heat up), beautiful surroundings. The A/C unit fall off the window during our stay. Thankfully it was winter and we did not need to use A/C

The grounds were interesting and reasonably close to downtown Windham by car. Staffing was matter‑of‑fact, with little explanation about the facilities, including dinner and breakfast arrangements.

I booked a room in the new rear building and it turned out stunning, with a lovely room and fantastic views.

The staff were friendly, the spot was convenient, the atmosphere cozy, and entering with the key code was simple; plus the bikes, on‑site sauna, and Dandies restaurant were nice extras.
