Our stay at this charming Swiss hotel was a pleasant surprise, offering a warm welcome and comfortable accommodations. The hotel's convenient location and friendly staff made it an ideal choice for a brief visit to the surrounding villages. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's balcony and restaurant, which added to our overall positive experience.

The guest was impressed by the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, but was disappointed by the long wait for hot water in the shower, which resulted in unnecessary water waste. Despite this, the guest appreciated the staff's kindness and hospitality. The hotel's amenities were a letdown.
