The room was spacious, clean and had no real drawbacks, though I found the pillow to be too high for my liking.

It was conveniently close to the station, but the bathroom lock was engaged, and when I lifted the duvet I found about 20‑30 hairs. With no vacant rooms and no staff on hand, I had to swap the sheets with those from another floor myself. The call centre was polite, yet they never returned my call within the promised 30 minutes, leaving me increasingly exhausted.
I needed a luggage‑storage service because of my flight timetable, and that was missing, which was disappointing. The ground‑floor area is quite spacious, so adding more self‑service lockers would make sense—there are far too few at the moment.
