I had everything I needed, and it was still so cheap. I was visiting a friend/family member and wanted a bit of “room for myself” in the evenings, which was perfect. The downside was that I ran into people who have been living there for months and just can’t find a place of their own.

Finding the place was easy, the reception was friendly, and the location was quiet. The room was already ready and spacious, the flat screen was pleasantly large, and the welcome was good. However, on my floor there was still work going on, the stove in the kitchen didn’t work, and the shower only worked partially.

For its price it’s an excellent spot. No problems arose.

The room price was a good deal. The room itself was really small and the exterior of the facility could be improved, even the entrance.

It’s really great, there’s a parking spot right in the courtyard in front. Central location but absolutely quiet thanks to the courtyard. Very clean and freshly renovated. I’ve booked a room there several times before, even though I was actually busy in Wuppertal; at that price and service I’m happy to drive a few kilometres. Nothing negative.
