I recently stayed at this lovely location, which offered a perfect spot for exploring the Tuscia region by car. The setting was beautifully maintained, quiet, and surrounded by agricultural nature, with friendly and available owners. The apartment was excellent, complete with a kitchen and outdoor garden, making me feel independent and at home. Although the breakfast products could have been improved with more local options, the spread was abundant and varied.

I enjoyed the peaceful countryside location, which provided excellent nighttime acoustic comfort and extremely clean facilities. The availability of food and drinks for breakfast and in-room coffee was also a plus, along with the high-quality toiletries. However, I had some issues with the access road, which was unpaved, and the lack of a bidet in the bathroom. The distance to the nearest town was also a drawback, and I found the mattress and rooms to be somewhat lacking.

I loved the idea of this place, with its charming cottages and beautiful views, making it an ideal spot to unwind. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, and I had some misunderstandings about what to expect. I was looking forward to a more traditional agriturismo experience, with local products and a chance to taste some of the local specialties. Instead, the breakfast was limited to packaged snacks and coffee from a machine.

I found this place to be quite functional, with a series of practical cottages. The check-in process was autonomous, with the key left in the lock and documents sent via WhatsApp. However, I was disappointed with the lack of a bidet and the unimpressive breakfast, which consisted of packaged snacks and no fresh milk or bread. The bed was also uncomfortable, with a metal frame and inadequate mattress and pillows.
My main disappointment was the breakfast, which consisted of packaged products that seemed to be of a lower quality. However, the rest of my stay was okay, and I didn't have any major issues.
