The location, spa, staff, villa, and butler service were all excellent. The villa could have been slightly larger and the beds were hard.

Everything was available for breakfast, from local to Western sweet and savory options, so lunch was almost unnecessary. There is no shuttle service to or from the airport, though they do arrange taxis and Grab works fine from here. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful and all staff were helpful and friendly.

The place is amazing, with gorgeous orchids at the entrance and beautiful décor. The staff are charming and very helpful, and the resort itself is in perfect condition. Both pools are incredible, and the rice terraces are stunning as well. Wi‑Fi works everywhere in the resort and works great. Nothing was lacking; it met all my expectations. The only thing we didn't like as much was that it is farther from Ubud's center, though shuttle buses run at certain times.
