I had to wait for someone to open the apartment after the scheduled time, and there was no hot water.

The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, with hot water, towels, and a coffee machine with capsules! Every day it was cleaned and we had no issues with the shared kitchen.

Everything was great—new, renovated, beds with excellent mattresses, and we slept very well, so I have nothing to complain about. On the first evening (Saturday) after returning from the city, we wanted to shower; it was already past 23:00, but the hot water had stopped, so we contacted the host and the problem was fixed in 5 minutes. Definitely recommend. Thanks.

“Didn't stay where we booked”

The location is great and the place is clean. The sofa bed was an old one, which we initially thought “oh no,” but it turned out to be quite comfortable for sleeping, and the shower had good pressure. However, the apartment we stayed in was NOT the one we booked, nor even similar to the photos (modern, etc.); it was a V‑shaped old apartment block that needed updating, with a distinct smell as soon as we walked into our room. The host moved us on the day of arrival because they apparently had bed bugs in the apartment we had booked.
