The Double or Twin Room with Kitchenette includes a private kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle and basic kitchenware. The carpeted space offers a flat‑screen TV with cable and satellite channels, free Wi‑Fi, a minibar and a safety deposit box. A private bathroom provides a bath, hairdryer, free toiletries, towels and toilet paper. Additional amenities are an iron, ironing facilities, a desk, a fan, a telephone and wake‑up service; the room is accessible via elevator on the upper floors and sleeps two guests.

“No problems”
The room was great and the staff were very helpful, but parking was a hassle.

The location is good, close to the lake and a tram line, the breakfast is quite decent, the bed is huge and very comfortable with spacious rooms, the staff are very friendly and the cleaning is good. However, they should remove the carpet, the lack of air conditioning could be partly solved with ceiling fans, and the bathroom has a very high bathtub that could be a problem for some people.

The place was clean, handy, and fairly quiet, yet the room stayed very hot with no AC; it faced SW, and even with the window wide open, the fan running all night and the curtains drawn, I couldn't sleep.
I stayed there and the room had no air conditioning, which was a real drawback.
The location is convenient for walking around the city, the staff are friendly and professional (though they don’t speak Italian), and the kitchen corner in the room is a great added value.
