The location is good with both indoor and outdoor pools, nice grounds and views, a decent sized room, and a usable patio/garden. Housekeeping was poor and an electrical fault wasn’t fixed for the entire 5‑day stay. Saturday night’s meal was just leftovers, and while I understand the restrictions, other hotels handle this better.

We came to כפר גילעדי to support northern businesses, loved the room, the breakfast and dinner, and the staff, but the place was overly crowded, noisy and dirty; I booked a garden room which was just okay, the garden itself was disappointing – a patch of grass in front of the parking lot serving as a walkway between rooms was far from what I expected.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the wonderful and amazing staff kept ensuring we enjoyed ourselves and everything was fine, especially Salman from the food and beverage department. We felt like the most important guests in the hotel, and I’m sure the other guests felt the same with patience, kindness, and everything that gives a relaxed vibe! Personally, thank you, Salman, you’re an amazing person; there won’t be many like you! We are leaving the hotel knowing we’ll definitely return soon. Thanks to everyone; it was an amazing experience, and Chef Avi Cohen finished the meal with a home‑like feeling and every bite was a perfect pleasure 🙏🏼

From the very first moment we stepped in, we were greeted with smiles by one of the best staffs I’ve met in hotels; the food was very high‑quality, the place was clean, quiet, and very beautiful.
