The service was excellent, and I’m grateful to all the staff, especially Madame Ben Qara at the front desk.

The location was great for the pool and the beds, but I wasn’t happy with the breakfast.

The indoor pool was fantastic and very quiet, though it’s a shame the outdoor pool is open to the public.

The bed was broken and felt more like a cheap hostel than a five‑star hotel, and the morning breakfast was a disaster.

The staff were very friendly, yet the pool closed at 8 pm instead of the advertised 10 pm.
