“Decent”
The stores nearby were convenient, but the room smelled of smoke, the bed was squeaky, and there were roaches.

The hotel was clean, the maids came daily, and all staff were friendly, though there could be more TV channels.

I liked the location and the staff were very helpful, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the squeaking was overwhelming.

The room was clean and quiet, but there was no coffee and an early check‑in fee was charged even though we were only a few minutes early; the staff were not rude but also not friendly.

Convenient location, though the breakfast was weak.
