The owner was very attentive, the room was clean, hot water and internet were available, the location was close to both the tram and the city center, and I would stay here again if I return; I recommend it.

The property’s location is excellent, close to the main train station and within walking distance of all major attractions, and communication with the staff was great.

Both the room and the bed were very comfortable, but the exhaust fan in the bathroom wouldn’t turn on, and I hope they fix it.
