“Nice rooms.”

The room is very nice and having a small kitchen is very convenient when you have kids with you; the shower water pressure was not good, but it was hot so it did the job.

“Nice , clean hotel”

Inside the hotel smells like an Abercrombie & Fitch store—very nice—and the room was clean with no dirt on the floor even behind the beds, no bugs at all, and the sheets were crisp; the heated pool is a good plus, the gym was okay, and the breakfast was decent. I didn’t like the beds—they were way too soft and I kept tossing and turning at night, so I prefer a firm mattress. Another issue was the breakfast time over the weekend, which starts later than on weekdays; 7 am was too late for us, so we had to prepare some food in the kitchenette, which was a great addition. The fire pit outside was not open, which was sad. The garbage containers inside the rooms should be bigger; the tiny ones are only suitable for bathrooms. The location wasn’t ideal—though it was close to our destination, the street noise (the hotel is on a corner) was unpleasant, and sitting outside at night was not very relaxing. There is no grass or playground area for kids.

The staff, cleanliness, and organization were all excellent, and everything else was fine.

The woman who cleaned the breakfast area was very kind and friendly; nothing else really stood out, it’s a bit corporate and generic, but that’s what I expected.
