I really liked the room, its cleanliness, and the front‑desk staff who were very attentive, but the breakfast was weak—only bread, pizza‑bread, and cake, no healthier options like roots or proteins; the only protein was eggs, and when you ask for three eggs the staff member looks annoyed, which is a problem for anyone heading to Beto Carrero who needs to eat well before the long wait in line.

The staff were excellent and very friendly! I just missed elastic sheets on the bed; the top sheet kept falling off at night.

Everything was wonderful, everyone was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist in any situation, the breakfast was excellent, the kitchen lady always asked if we needed anything and tried to keep everything to the guests’ liking; I’ll definitely come back. We didn’t have anything we didn’t like, and when something did happen, they helped us.

The service was flawless, everyone was very attentive and helpful. When I return to Beto Carreto, I’ll stay at this lodge again ❤️. Everything was perfect! The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was wonderful and fresh, and the service was impeccable.
