The location is good. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the area is secure and quiet, close to several shops, the metro, and bus stops. I was in a basement room with a shower and it was noisy because the terrace next to it has people going back and forth to smoke. The stairs creak a lot. The room was unpleasant and old, hygiene was lacking, and the toilets were also old.

The facility is welcoming and clean, with an excellent location near the metro and close to various services such as supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. I stayed in a double room with a French‑style bed and a shared bathroom, and I was very satisfied, exceeding my expectations. Shared spaces include a TV lounge, garden, and kitchen.

The location and staff were very good, the kitchen had many necessary items, and a hair dryer could be requested from reception. The garden was very enjoyable. It would be great if there were a mirror in the room.

The location offers decent value overall, but the moment you step in there's a strong enclosed smell. The bathroom lacks outlets, so you have to ask reception for a hair dryer. There's no mirror in the room, and on the last night the heating was off, making it very cold.
