The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had all the comforts you need, including a large bathtub/shower. The Ethiopian restaurant was excellent. I struggled to open the room door, and there was no spare roll of toilet paper.

I loved the room—it was spacious, spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were amazing, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Nothing was missing; it was perfect.

We were thrilled by the warm welcome, the staff’s readiness, and their attentive service. The hotel has only 9 rooms and no elevator, but the team helps carry your luggage into the rooms. A pleasant surprise was a croissant, coffee, and orange juice offered in the morning. Located in the Plateau Mont‑Royal neighborhood, it’s very close to lively streets. Arriving by car can be tedious because there’s no dedicated check‑in spot—parking in a double file on the street and watching out for the bike lane is required.

The location was perfect, the staff were nice, and the room was well equipped with good amenities. The biggest issue was how unbearably dark the room was, making it uncomfortable and unwelcoming. We didn’t want to sleep with the AC on, so we kept the balcony door open, but the generator noise made that impossible. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was also a problem because the walls were too thin. Additionally, when we returned around 4‑5 pm for a short nap, we couldn’t because the cleaning crew was vacuuming the hallway.
