The staff were well trained and friendly, yet I hardly felt the historic charm I had chosen for.

This is a particularly beautiful, historic boutique hotel in the heart of Strasbourg, with tastefully decorated rooms, a charming courtyard, friendly staff, and a great breakfast.

The place was authentic and within walking distance of all attractions, with nothing to complain about.

Being on the ground floor with a Japanese patio means you have to close the curtains for privacy because the front windows are too close.
