The personal service was very nice, the place cozy and very clean. The restaurant is great, the menu attractive with interesting dishes and excellent wines, and the advice was helpful. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us good tips.

A beautiful hotel—absolutely recommended! Sa Creu Nova is a real gem on Mallorca with stunning design, stylish rooms, and a wonderfully quiet atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive, making the stay special. The whole package is spot on: meticulous detail, top‑class service, and a lovely blend of luxury and relaxation. We felt completely at ease and would gladly return.

The spa was booked personally, the breakfast was top quality, the rooms and lobby smelled great, and the staff were attentive. However, the island’s farming caused a huge amount of hornets, and I don’t know the pesticide rules, but some protection could be added.
