This was my second stay here and I’ll definitely return! The place is always spotless, and the owners are genuinely kind and welcoming. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided—a Nespresso machine with excellent coffee, an iron, cups, dishes, etc. The location is superb. Don’t be misled by the address mentioning Termini; the property is actually a good distance from the station and only about a 3‑minute walk from Manzoni metro station. From there, you can easily reach the city centre and the Vatican on the same metro line, and the Colosseum is within walking distance. I’m always happy to stay here when I visit Rome and will definitely come back.

We stayed for six nights, and the room was very clean. The location was fantastic—metro and tram lines were very close for getting around, Roma Termini station was nearby, and the Colosseum was walkable.
