Mount Stuart Hotel

“Bargain Price - Great Location”

The bathroom was spotless, earning a 5‑star cleanliness rating. The white cotton sheets and pillowcases were crisp and smelled wonderful. The hotel is a bargain in a great location, offering fantastic value. Breakfast had everything you could want. I was upgraded to a larger room on arrival because one was available. No complaints, except it can be a bit noisy for light sleepers, and the entrance stairs could use a clean‑up as they’re the first thing you see.

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient, but the coffee bar was outside the room.

“Ideal location for quiet holiday”

A charming family‑run hotel with a well‑organized breakfast area and very friendly staff, yet the old building’s history shows through; the door into the room sticks at the top, making it difficult to open, and it was hard to spot any other issues.

It was okay, and it was also okay.
