“Authentiek maar toe aan vernieuwing”

It’s unfortunate that the fly‑over motorway runs almost into the garden of this authentic hotel, so the view is ugly and the traffic noise is loud. Breakfast was okay, but dinner is mediocre and takes a long time to prepare. The pool is nice and the rooms are spacious. However, there is a moldy smell in the room, the air‑conditioner was not working properly (fixed after a day), and some rooms are currently being improved, which causes unpleasant odors in the other rooms.

“Very disappointing, definitely not worth the money spent and would be in no rush to come back!”

The bed was fairly comfortable and the room had plenty of space; when the room assignment was shown, I received a twin room instead of the double I had paid for, but after pointing it out I was upgraded to a deluxe room, which I appreciated. However, the shower water had a greenish/yellow tint that never resolved after I reported it to reception, and the bottled water in the room tasted awful, raising concerns about its safety. The rooms were darker and gloomier than advertised, clearly showing their age, and my friend discovered bedbugs in his room. Several stains, mold pieces, and dead bugs were also found throughout our rooms – if I could add more than four photos, believe me, I would!

“Heritage feeling stay in Alleppy”

The location is fantastic, right next to the sea beach; the interiors are old heritage pieces that are well maintained, the staff are very friendly, and breakfast is served hot. The only drawback is the old toilet accessories.
