The location is excellent with a wide view and the staff are friendly if you can reach them. However, contacting staff is difficult and they rarely answer the phone.

Breakfast was the only thing offered. We booked two rooms. In one, the roof leaked directly onto the bed, so the person had to keep buckets under the leaks all night. The second room had a toilet outside, was cold, and the shower was directly above the toilet. I hate that. At 2000 baht per room, it is unacceptable.
