The beds and linens were clean, but the bathroom was dirty and cramped; I had to request towels, soaps, and drinking water, and the rooms didn’t match what was shown on the booking page – there was no wardrobe or table.

Alhamdulillah, but the maintenance was inadequate.

Nothing positive; it’s not worth it because there’s no water, a lot of mosquitoes, and the staff are rude.

The staff were rude and uncooperative; I booked two rooms but only one was assigned at check‑in, and the second was given after half a day; the room was very dirty and the AC leaked; it feels like the company only cares about hourly couple business, which is terrible policy.

We enjoyed a memorable stay in a spacious room with a pleasant environment, and the staff were very helpful and courteous, everything was good.
