Breakfast was kindly prepared for me at 6 am. The Velux windows lack blackout shutters.

The place sits right on the main road, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, and the owners run a fish fry shop on the premises, offering smoked and pickled fish from their own ponds for take‑away—everything was delicious and fresh. Nothing else to mention.

Everything was great, especially the food. It felt a little old‑fashioned, though.

A night porter let us into the building just before 22 o’clock, but the rooms themselves were dated and dirty.
