The staff stepped in and ordered take‑out for us since we didn’t have a Chinese phone line, which was a real help. Unfortunately the buffet didn’t offer many choices, so we felt a bit limited there. Overall, the service saved the day but the food spread left something to be desired.

The hotel feels modern with brand‑new facilities, though they initially couldn’t locate our reservation despite having it confirmed, so we waited a while before checking in. After that delay they upgraded us to a higher‑category room, which was a nice gesture. The breakfast leaned heavily Asian with very little Western options, and they never replied to our emails asking about free airport transfers; the only free shuttle they offered was from the hotel back to the airport.

The lobby and breakfast area were filthy, cigarette butts by the elevators, greasy smells, and the kitchen staff were rude and uninterested, making the included breakfast feel like a waste.
