Excellent location and the staff were very friendly.
“Bueno calidad precio, a secas”
The location is great, close to Chapu bars, 30 minutes from Akron Stadium, and 30 minutes from Auditorio Telmex. There are food stalls nearby, recommended park tacos, and some drowned cakes. Honestly, I expected more from the hotel service; I asked for hot water for two days and it never arrived, and during those days in GDL the outside temperature was 32‑33 °C.
Parking is limited; you’re sent to street parking with no help, even though train tracks a few meters away are full of beggars and it’s totally unsafe, and the staff don’t care.
The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the facilities were excellent, but I never got hot water to shower, which was the only issue.
