The 24-hour service was a major plus.
The administrator was super friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in my stay.
The room was a bit of a mess - dusty and smelling of stale air, with a noisy air conditioner to boot.

The location is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. The only downside is that you can’t pay with a credit or debit card, only in cash.
The staff were very good and helpful, but the room was getting old and smelled.
The location is great for tourist spots, shops and a spa, and the host was very kind in letting me check in early. The room was clean and spacious, and I’d stay there again if I ever visit Bangkok again. Only issue was a few ants crawling on the TV board, but overall the stay was good.

I didn’t like having to take the room because when I arrived at midnight the reception told me the room had already been given to someone else; they were not serious at all and didn’t even send a message to warn me. The place was full of mosquitoes, which was a real nuisance.
